Strategic thinking and decision making skill &
business accuman is a significant competency that every leader at each level has to develop.
As a simulation platform, models real-world competition dynamics, allows leaders to step out of their real-life everyday roles to capture an image of the whole picture. Simulation packages are prepared for specified needs of the company. The simulation runs in the online web environment, teams simulate corporate management against each teams' decisions; rather than a software algorithm.
